1. About these terms

These terms govern use of the English Learning Space Indonesia (ELSI) working prototype operated by Katalis Ekosistem Nusantara. The prototype is being used to test an early service and may change or stop.

2. Who may create an account

You must be at least 17 years old. You must provide accurate account information, protect your password, and tell us if you believe someone else has accessed your account.

3. English spaces are independent

ELSI helps people discover and connect with independent English spaces. Unless a page clearly states otherwise, an English space is responsible for its own membership decisions, activities, facilitators, fees, venues, safety arrangements, and claims. ELSI does not guarantee admission, availability, learning outcomes, proficiency improvement, or certification.

4. Respectful use

Use ELSI lawfully and respectfully. Do not impersonate another person, submit misleading information, interfere with the service, upload harmful material, harass other people, or misuse private information. Spaces may also publish their own membership and activity rules.

5. Profiles, preferences, and learning records

Your display name may be shown to spaces and members as the relevant features become available. Your full legal name is private unless a space requests it for a stated purpose and you consent. Learning preferences are private recommendation signals and are separate from MELJO sharing choices.

6. Fees and payments

Space membership fees and offering-run fees are separate. During this prototype, payment arrangements may be handled by the independent provider. A displayed price or feature may change before a transaction is accepted.

7. Availability and account action

We may restrict or suspend access to protect people, data, or the service, investigate misuse, or comply with law. Prototype features may be incomplete or temporarily unavailable.

8. Responsibility

Use the prototype at your own judgment. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Katalis Ekosistem Nusantara is not responsible for indirect loss or for acts, omissions, venues, services, or learning results controlled by an independent English space.

9. Changes and contact

Material changes will be published as a new version and may require renewed acceptance. Questions, privacy requests, and account-deletion requests may be sent to cb@byken.id.
